What does the AI assistant answer if the customer asks for advice or a recommendation for a need?

The answer in detail

The assistant puts the recommendation together from the product descriptions, the subcategory pages and the price list. With Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce online stores the stock comes from the sync; with other sites it works by scanning the product page.

First it asks back: who it is for, what use it is for, and what the budget is. Then it suggests two or three suitable products, each with the reason given in the description. The source is shown next to the answer.

It does not recommend a product that does not fit the need, and it does not guess about a property not in the description. On a health or medicinal effect question it does not suggest a product either: it asks for contact details and hands the question off to a colleague.
