For online stores

For online stores: how the assistant gets in, platform by platform

Short answer

For the platforms we integrate with – WooCommerce, Shoprenter and UNAS (Hungarian e-commerce platforms) – we provide product sync: the assistant sees the products, prices and stock with a read-only API key. On other platforms, once the code snippet is in place, it reads the product pages. The platform pages show the onboarding steps.

  • Shoprenter AI chatbot. Shoprenter AI chatbot: it answers customers from the synced product data and the delivery terms, in the evening and at weekends too. Details
  • UNAS AI chatbot. UNAS AI chatbot: it answers customers from the synced product data and the delivery terms, in the evening and at weekends too. Details
  • WooCommerce AI chatbot. WooCommerce AI chatbot: it answers customers from the synced product data and the delivery terms, without a plugin. Details

Two ways into the online store

With sync. For Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce stores we ask for a read-only API key, and the assistant sees the products, prices and stock via sync.

With a code snippet. On other platforms we place the code snippet, and the assistant reads the public product pages. In that case it sees stock only if it is shown on the product page.

On both paths, onboarding is done by our team; we describe the details on the Build it with us page, and use in online stores on the AI chatbot for online stores page.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions: for online stores

My platform is not on the list. Does it work with it too?

Yes. The code snippet can be placed on any website, and the assistant reads the product pages. Sync currently works with Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce stores.

What does the assistant see from the sync?

The products, categories, images, prices and stock. The sync runs hourly or daily, and can be set in the admin interface.

Do I need a developer for onboarding?

No. We ask for a read-only API key, and we place the code snippet ourselves if we have access to edit the website; otherwise we send it to your web developer.

Does the assistant handle orders or payments?

No. It answers about the product, delivery and how to order; purchases are made in the online store.

How long does onboarding take?

Live within two working days, if we have access to edit your website or your web developer places the code snippet.

See what it would answer on your own website.
