Deleting Facebook data

1. Who this page is for

1.1. This page describes how the data that SmartAIAssist Social AI receives from Facebook are deleted. It applies to businesses that have connected their Facebook Page to Social AI (Page administrators) and to people who have commented on such a Page.

1.2. The operator of SmartAIAssist is R-Szoft Informatikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (R-Szoft Kft.). The data processing is described in the Privacy policy (clause 3.8).

2. Disconnecting a Page and deleting its data

2.1. A Page administrator can request deletion in any of the following ways:

• in the SmartAIAssist Admin: Social AI › Disconnect;
• on Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations › SmartAIAssist › Remove;
• by email to , giving the name of the Page and the name of the business.

2.2. Disconnecting revokes SmartAIAssist’s access to the Page immediately; from that moment we receive no further data from Facebook.

3. What we delete and when

3.1. Within 30 days of disconnection or of the request, we delete:

• the Page access token and the administrator’s Facebook name and ID;
• the copies of the Page’s posts, comments and reactions held by us;
• the names and Facebook IDs of commenters;
• the posts’ interaction data and the post and reply suggestions prepared from them.

3.2. We also delete during the subscription: raw notifications received from Facebook after 14 days, and comments and commenters’ data after 30, 90 or 365 days, depending on the package.

3.3. We confirm the deletion by email. Content that has been published on Facebook remains on Facebook; it can be removed on Facebook. Invoices and contract data are retained for the period required by law.

4. If you commented on a Page

4.1. If you have commented on a Facebook Page that uses Social AI, you can ask the business operating the Page, as the controller, to delete your data – the business can delete all your data held by us in one step – or you can write to us at . We forward the request to the business and assist in fulfilling it. Information on the data stored on Facebook is provided by Meta.
