What happens after your request
- Within minutes: the preview is built from up to 8 public pages of your website. You get three sample questions and can chat with it for up to 25 messages.
- Within one working day: our onboarding team reviews the knowledge base that was read, corrects errors and runs the ten test questions. It then emails you the link to the verified demo, together with the quote and the order link. The link is valid for 7 days.
- If you order: the Build it with us process starts. Your assistant is live within two working days, if we have access to edit your website or your web developer places the code snippet.
What to try in the demo
Ask ten real customer questions: five that your website answers, three that it answers in part, and two that it does not answer at all. Notice that for the last two the assistant does not guess. It asks for contact details.
According to our own data, 51.8 percent of visitor questions arrive outside business hours (1,686 questions, 21 customers, 8 July – 6 October 2026; customers in Hungary, CET). In the demo you see what would happen with them.

What is the difference between the preview and the verified demo?
The preview is a machine read and is ready within minutes. For the verified demo, our onboarding team reviews the knowledge base, corrects errors and runs the ten test questions. We send the link within one working day, and it is valid for 7 days.
What happens to my data?
The preview reads the public pages of the website and is deleted after 24 hours. We use your email address only to send the demo and for one follow-up. The product data stays in the EU, including the model calls. You will find the Privacy policy in the footer.
Why do I have to confirm that the website is mine?
Because we do not build demos from other people’s websites. With the declaration you confirm that you control the site provided.
What if my site cannot be read?
Some sites cannot be read by machine, for example if the content only loads with JavaScript. In that case our onboarding team builds the demo by hand within one working day.
How much does the demo cost?
It is free of charge, with no obligation to order. The service prices are on the pricing page, excluding VAT.
