Refer a business: two free months for both of you
SmartAIAssist referral programme: if a business you know orders on your recommendation, you both get two months of service free of charge. Always, on every package.
- You tell us who you are referring. The referred company’s website and your own email address. Before that, ask them whether it is all right for us to contact them.
- We contact the referred company. Our onboarding team offers them a demo on their own website.
- If they subscribe, you both benefit. You and the referred company each receive 2 months’ fees as a credit. The credit is due after the referred company’s first payment.

How it works
- You will find your referral code and link on the portal or at the bottom of the weekly summary.
- You send it to a business owner you know, who enters the code when ordering.
- When their first fee is received, we credit you two months or extend your subscription by the same period. They get the first two months free of charge. The credit applies to the monthly fee. The fee and terms of “Build it with us” onboarding are the usual ones for the referred customer too: €200 excl. VAT, €100 excl. VAT with a 6-month contract and free with a 12-month contract. In that case you get an 8 or 15 percent discount on the monthly fee.
Who is worth referring
An online store that also receives questions in the evening; a service provider where people ask about opening hours and how to book every day; a company where everyone asks the same person. The referred customer can also request a demo on their own website; the demo is free of charge, with no obligation to order.

How do I get my referral code?
On the portal home page and at the bottom of the weekly summary. Send the code or the link to the business you know.
When are the two months credited?
When the referred customer’s first fee has been received. If you have paid in advance, we extend the next period by two months.
After how many referrals does it apply?
Two months for every referred, paying customer. There is no upper limit.
What does the referred customer get?
The first two months free of charge, on the chosen package. The onboarding fee and terms are the same as for everyone else.
What if the referred customer cancels?
The two months already credited remain yours. In case of dispute, we decide within five working days and reply in writing.
