From the two product descriptions it compares the given properties in a table or in points (price, size, material, function). It says what each is for; it does not judge which one is better.
The comparison is based on the descriptions on the two product pages: the price list, size, material and function. With Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce online stores the products and prices come from the sync; with other sites the assistant scans the product page. The details are on the product sync page.
If the customer does not say which two products they mean, it first asks for the product name or link. It does not make up a missing property; in that case it asks for contact details and hands off to a colleague.
The assistant compares the products without judging: it says what each one is for. The source is shown next to the answer, so the customer can check the information.
