Assistants

The assistants: each one handles one task

Short answer

Four assistants are available: Chat AI answers customers on your website, Knowledge AI answers your colleagues, Email AI (pilot) sorts incoming emails and writes draft replies, and Web AI works on your website’s visibility. They all work from the company’s own knowledge base, and you can order them one by one or as a team.

How to choose

The assistants work from the same knowledge base; the difference is where they answer. Chat AI answers on your website, to the customer. Knowledge AI answers inside the company, to your colleague. Email AI works in the mailbox, with a draft reply that you approve. Web AI works on your website’s content and its visibility in search engines.

If you are not sure which to choose, the configurator suggests a team based on four questions, or you can request a demo on your own website.

What applies to all of them

  • It answers from the company’s own knowledge base, and it does not make up anything for which there is no content.
  • Every assistant has three tiers, with a monthly allowance; all prices exclude VAT.
  • Our team handles onboarding, and we follow up on day 7 and day 30 after go-live.
  • The data stays in the EU; we describe the details on the How it works page. Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions: assistants

Which assistant should I start with?

Most companies start with Chat AI, because it handles the customer questions that come in on the website. If your colleagues’ internal questions are the problem, Knowledge AI; if it is the mailbox, Email AI.

Can I order several assistants together?

Yes. They use the same knowledge base, so onboarding the second assistant takes less time. From two assistants you get a multi-assistant discount; you will find the rate on the Pricing page.

What is the difference between an available assistant and one marked Coming soon?

An available assistant can be ordered today, with a price and an allowance. For one marked Coming soon you can ask to be notified, and we will let you know when it launches.

Where does the assistant get the answer from?

From the company’s own knowledge base: the website, the price lists and the uploaded documents. It does not make up anything for which there is no content there: it asks for the customer’s contact details.

How long does onboarding take?

Live within two working days, if we have access to edit your website or your web developer places the code snippet.

We send the link to the verified demo within 1 working day. The demo is free of charge, with no obligation to order.
