What the numbers show
At our customers, more than half of the questions arrive outside business hours: at weekends, before 8:00 or after 17:00. According to our own 90-day data, this is 51.8 percent (1,686 questions, 21 customers, 8 July – 6 October 2026).
The largest catalogue served has 24,000 products. Here too, the assistant finds the product from a need described in the shopper’s own words.
How the list was compiled
Only customers who have agreed to this are listed here. We wrote the descriptions based on the assistants’ settings, so they are not customer quotes. The list of SmartAIAssist (formerly SmartAIChat) customers was taken over from the old references page.

No. The descriptions show what the assistants are used for. We wrote the text, and only customers who have agreed to this are listed here.

In which industries do the assistants work?
