Short answer
The lowest tier of Chat AI is €14.90 / month excl. VAT, with a monthly allowance of 500 answered questions. Every assistant has three tiers, and all prices exclude VAT. We warn you in advance as your allowance is used up, with no surprise invoices; onboarding costs €100 excl. VAT with a 6-month contract and is free with a 12-month contract, and you get an 8 or 15 percent discount on the monthly fee.

The monthly contract renews from month to month, and you can cancel it at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the full month following your notice. For 6-month and 12-month contracts, at expiry, with at least 30 days’ written notice (email is enough); if you do not give notice, the contract renews for the same period. We send reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry.
Every price is shown per month, excluding VAT.
A substantive answer counts; greetings, “I don’t know” answers and repeated questions do not. For Email AI the unit is the processed email, for Web AI the completed task.

We send an email at 75%, 90% and 100% of the allowance; above the allowance you get a 10% grace margin, after which the assistant switches to a polite form. You can move to a higher package immediately, with a pro-rata difference, and to a lower one from the first day of the following month.

Payment by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice; the payment deadline is 5 days. Onboarding starts with the order, go-live follows payment.
The invoice for the first period is issued on the day the contract is concluded; the invoice for each following period on the last day of that period. Late-payment interest under the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.).
A discount on the monthly fee: 10% for two assistants and 20% for three or more. It can be combined with the 6-month or 12-month contract discount.

With a 6-month contract you get an 8 percent discount on the monthly fee, with a 12-month contract a 15 percent discount.

Live within two working days, if we have access to edit your website or your web developer places the code snippet. If the delay is our fault, we do not invoice the setup; with a 6-month or 12-month contract we add one month.

Email AI is in pilot. For the first customers, our onboarding team sets it up on the Build it with us path and tests it with test emails before go-live. Chat AI and Knowledge AI are built on the same knowledge base, so onboarding the second assistant takes less time.

The price and launch of Social AI, Phone AI and Video AI will be announced at release. You can ask to be notified about them; all we need is your email address.
Order, payment (by bank transfer, on the basis of an invoice), a 30-minute call, upload and configuration, checking the test questions, go-live, the first weekly summary. Each step shows the name of the person responsible and the day, by email and on the portal. We follow up on day 7 and day 30.
The assistant only says what you have provided. If it does not know the answer, it does not guess. It asks for the customer’s contact details and can forward them to you.

No. Every price is shown per month, excluding VAT. We invoice without VAT under the reverse-charge rule to businesses with a valid EU VAT number (VIES). Romanian companies not registered for VAT can obtain a VAT code under art. 317 of the Romanian Fiscal Code before ordering.
Every customer message to which the assistant gave a substantive answer. Greetings and handoffs do not count; at most 10 questions per conversation count towards the allowance.
We send an email at 75, 90 and 100 percent of the allowance. Once the allowance is used up, you get a 10 percent grace margin free of charge. After that the assistant shows a polite form on which the customer leaves their contact details, and you are notified. There are no overage fees. Add-on pack (500 questions, €9.90 excl. VAT) and automatic tier change only if you switch them on in advance. Without that setting, we do not invoice any overage fees.

When the self-service and app store paths launch, yes: 14 days, no bank card, with 150 answered questions; at the end the assistant is paused and your settings are kept. Today, the demo on your own website is free of charge, with no obligation to order.
The Build it with us path costs €200 excl. VAT; €100 excl. VAT with a 6-month contract and free with a 12-month contract. With these contracts you also get an 8 or 15 percent discount on the monthly fee. Web AI setup costs €49 excl. VAT.
Yes: 10% for two assistants and 20% for three or more. The discount applies to the monthly fee and can be combined with the 6-month or 12-month contract discount: the multi-assistant discount is calculated on the already discounted fee.
