For Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce online stores, the product, the price and the stock come from the product sync; for other sites, from reading the product pages. If several products match the name, it asks about the type or the variant. If there is no match, it says so and offers similar products from the catalogue, or asks for contact details so it can hand the question to a colleague.
