When searching for parts, the assistant works from the uploaded compatibility data and the product page descriptions. It filters the matches by engine code and model year, and points to the product page next to the answer.
First it asks for the engine code, the model year and the name of the part needed, so that it can narrow down the list of matches. In Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce online stores, the stock also comes from the product sync.
If the engine code is not in the data, the assistant asks for the VIN and contact details, then hands the question to a member of the store’s staff.
