It says that the product is out of stock according to the sync, and offers a similar product or a back-in-stock alert by email. It only gives an arrival date if it is in the knowledge base.
The assistant answers on stock from the stock sync, which with Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce is updated together with the product data. With other websites, it gets its information by scanning the product page.
Before answering it clarifies which product and which size the customer means. If the product is out of stock, it offers similar products, or a back-in-stock alert to the customer’s email address.
It only gives an arrival date if it is in the knowledge base. If there is no information on the expected arrival, it hands the question off to a colleague and asks for the customer’s contact details.

Customer: Do you have the denim jacket in my size?
AI assistant: According to our stock, it is not in stock right now. I can show you something similar, or you can ask for an alert when it is back in stock.
Customer: Is there something similar?
AI assistant: These two jackets have a similar cut and are available in your size. If you would rather wait for the original, please give your email address.

Customer: Can I buy the blue dress in size M now?
AI assistant: According to our stock, size M is sold out. I will show you dresses with a similar cut that are available in your size.
Customer: When will it be back in stock?
AI assistant: There is no information on the arrival date in the knowledge base. Please give me your contact details, and our colleague will contact you.
