The assistant gives product prices from the online store’s prices, which come from the Shoprenter, UNAS or WooCommerce sync. The price in the online store applies, and the source is shown next to the answer. On promotions it only gives information from data recorded in the knowledge base, and it does not make up coupon codes.
If the customer asks for an individual quote, or would like a discount on several products, the assistant asks for contact details and hands off to a colleague. It also gives the prices of the variants on the product page.
