The answer in detail

For invoice questions, the assistant answers from the online store’s help pages and the checkout description: company details can be entered when placing the order. The source is shown next to the answer, so the customer can look it up.

If the customer asks for an invoice for an item already ordered, the assistant first asks for the order number. If the help pages describe how the invoice can be changed in the online store, it explains that; otherwise it hands the question to a colleague.
