It answers from the delivery terms: address of the pickup point, opening hours, when the order will be ready. It does not promise that it will be ready the same day if the knowledge base does not say so.
On in-person pickup, the assistant answers from the online store’s pickup terms and the shops’ house rules. It gives the address and opening hours of the pickup point and when the parcel will be ready from there; the source is shown next to the answer.
If the customer does not say which pickup point and which product they mean, it asks this first. Stock and preparation time differ from point to point.
If the knowledge base does not record whether the parcel will be ready the same day, the assistant does not promise a time. In that case it asks for contact details and hands the question off to a colleague at the shop.
