It answers from the wine list description: grape variety, vintage, style, recommended temperature, food pairing, if given. It does not say anything that is not in the description, and it does not rate another winery’s wine.
The assistant uses the wine list on the winery’s website and the product page descriptions. It gives the grape variety, the vintage, the style of the wine and the recommended serving temperature from there, if they appear in the text. The source is shown next to the answer.
If the question is imprecise, it first clarifies: which wine and which vintage the customer means. In Shoprenter, UNAS and WooCommerce online stores the product data comes from the sync; with other online stores the assistant scans the product page.
For an item with no description, it does not make up the answer: it asks for contact details and hands off to a colleague. The how it works page describes the details of how it operates.
