If a booking system is connected, it directs the customer there with a link. If not, it asks for the name, contact details and the requested time, and can forward them to a colleague.
The assistant does not record bookings. It answers about opening hours and the descriptions of the services from the company’s knowledge base, and the source is shown next to the answer.
For an accurate answer, it needs to know the name of the service and the number of people. The assistant hands the appointment request to a colleague: it asks for the name, contact details and the requested time, as described on the handoff to a human page.
