What does the AI assistant say about opening hours and the shop's address?

The answer in detail

The assistant gives the shop’s address and opening hours from the company’s knowledge base: based on the contact page, the uploaded store policy and the holiday calendar. The source is shown next to the answer, so the customer can check it.

If the question is unclear, it first asks for details: which day and which location it refers to. It gives a specific answer about holiday opening hours only if these have been uploaded; otherwise it says that hours may differ on public holidays.

If the customer asks about opening hours for which no data has been uploaded, it does not guess: it asks for contact details and hands the question to a colleague. The owner sees the unanswered question in the weekly summary and can teach the assistant with one click.

What you need to upload

• the weekly opening hours and the shop’s address
• holiday opening hours, if they differ
• the list of locations, if there are several
• notices of unscheduled closures
