Weekly summary – what does it mean?

Definition

Weekly summary: The weekly summary is the email that arrives on Monday morning and shows the previous week’s questions and results without logging in.

Four figures (answered questions, of which outside business hours, handed over, time saved), three real question-and-answer pairs, and one unanswered question with a button to teach it.

How it works

On Monday morning an email arrives that brings together the previous week’s questions and results. The email can be opened without logging in.

The email contains four figures: answered questions, of which those outside business hours, those handed over, and the time saved. Next to them you can read three real question-and-answer pairs and one unanswered question. You can teach the latter to the assistant with one click.

An example at a company

On Monday morning the owner opens the email. They see how many questions came in the previous week, how many of them arrived outside business hours, and how many the assistant handed over to a colleague.

The list also includes an unanswered question. The owner teaches it to the assistant with one click, and from then on the assistant can answer similar questions.

What this means for business leaders

If the report requires logging in, in practice few people open it. Ask for a sample before signing the contract, and ask what it shows about unanswered questions. Also check whether the email highlights them separately.

The weekly rhythm is useful because gaps can still be fixed while they are fresh. Without a report, questions may remain unanswered for months.

How we do it

Our weekly summary arrives by email and shows what the assistant was asked. An unanswered question can be taught with one click, so in later conversations the assistant answers it as well. The report can be opened without logging in.
