Data reports: the figures we cite
Short answer
The data reports publish measured data from our own platform: when customer questions arrive, what they are about, and how long it takes for them to be answered. Every report states the sample, the period and the methodology, and the table can be downloaded. The data comes from our customers in Hungary and describes the Hungarian market.

How they are made
The reports are based on the anonymised traffic of the platform: the table contains the time of the question, its topic and the response time, but not the text of the question or any data about the person asking. Each report describes its methodology and limitations in a separate section.

Where does the data come from?
From our own platform, from the anonymised traffic of our customers’ assistants. The reports contain no personal data.
How large is the sample?
It differs per report; we state the sample, the number of customers and the period at the start of each report.
How often are they updated?
When a new period closes or the methodology changes, we update the report and mark the date at the top of the article.
Can I use the figures in my own material?
Yes, with attribution: SmartAIAssist data report, with the title of the report and a link to it.
