Where do the prices come from?
From the same price list you see on the Pricing page. The configurator also takes the multi-assistant discount and the contract discount into account.
Do I have to follow the recipe?
No. The recipe is only a starting point: you can change the assistants and the tier at any time.
What counts as one question?
An answered customer message. Greetings, empty messages and repeated messages are not counted.
What happens if I outgrow the allowance?
We warn you in advance, above the allowance you get a grace margin, and there are no surprise invoices. You can move to a higher tier at any time.
