What is in preparation
Comments. Under Facebook posts and ads, people ask the same things as on the website: delivery, price, opening hours. Social AI suggests replies to these questions from your company’s public knowledge, in the commenter’s language. A reply appears with your approval and states that it was created with artificial intelligence.
Posts. Social AI prepares the week’s post suggestions with text and an image. You approve and schedule them in the calendar, and the system publishes them on your Facebook Page at the set time. If you also use Video AI, you can add a finished video to the calendar with one click.
Unwanted comments. Social AI flags unsolicited or offensive comments for hiding. You decide whether to hide them, and you can undo it.
Channels. Facebook Pages first. Instagram will be added in a later phase.
The Social AI of SmartAIAssist (formerly SmartAIChat) is built on the same knowledge base as Chat AI. You upload the knowledge base once, and both assistants work from it.
What we cannot tell you yet
The price and the launch date. While an assistant is under development, we do not promise these in advance. What we do know: replies show that they were created with artificial intelligence, the data of comments and posts are stored in the EU, and you can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time. When will Social AI launch?
We do not know the launch date yet. If you ask to be notified, we will write once, when it becomes available. We do not send newsletters.
How much will it cost?
We will publish the price of the full Social AI at release, excluding VAT. The Social AI Mini package, with one Facebook post per week, is described on the Build it yourself page; its price will also be announced at launch.
Will it know the same things as the website assistant?
Yes, it is built on the same knowledge base. What Chat AI knows on your website, Social AI also knows in comments.
Will a reply or post go out without my knowledge?
No. By default, every reply and post appears with your approval. Automatic replies will be available later, in a higher package, and only for the topics you select. Posts containing an image or video never appear without approval.
Does it reply to Messenger messages?
No. Social AI works with your Facebook Page’s comments and posts; it does not reply to private messages.
What happens to comments until then?
Chat AI answers on your website, and it can direct people who ask on your social media pages to your website. We set this up during the onboarding call.
