SmartAIAssist is a product of R-Szoft Kft., a company based in Budapest, in the European Union. Onboarding and support are provided by our team, in English and Romanian.
We build AI assistants for small and medium-sized businesses: they answer from the company’s own content, they are labelled as AI, and when they do not know, they say so. Our team sets them up with the customer.
Where your data are
The assistant, the conversations and your knowledge base run in the EU, including the model calls. Exceptions, listed in the Data processing agreement: Video AI’s voice and video generation, the bot check in the chat window and the reading of your public website, which can also run in the United States.
